We don’t have the option to put your subscription on hold, but you have a few options:
- If you have a Monthly Rebillable Subscription, canceling and resubscribing serves the same purpose.
- If you have a Yearly Rebillable Subscription, we won't be able to pause your subscription. However, if you'd like to have your remaining boxes shipped elsewhere, you're able to change your shipping address at any time in your Account Settings .
Your account will remain in tact while you're on a subscription break, and you’ll still be able to make purchases and use your Birchbox Loyalty Points in our Shop in the meantime. We’ll save your Box History and Profile so you can pick up where you left off.
