Your samples are based on your Profile — be sure to keep it updated! We’ll also take your product review feedback and purchase history into consideration each month. Your Profile will tell us which product categories you’re most excited about, but we will be sure to send all types of samples throughout your Subscription. We currently do not offer the option to exclude a sample type from your shipments entirely.
Every month, you can choose one of the samples for your next box or opt into a curated box, which is a predetermined set of samples. You’ll receive an email when it’s time to choose!
*Sample Choice is not available for Birchbox Grooming subscriptions. Birchbox Grooming Plus subscriptions include the opportunity to choose a lifestyle item monthly.

Each month, you'll be able to choose from a curated selection of full-size products from our Shop to pre-order and have shipped with your monthly Birchbox — no extra shipping fees! We'll charge you for these reserved items on the regularly scheduled billing date (1st of the month for Beauty; 15th of the month for Grooming).
Please note, Birchbox Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed on these items, but you will still earn Points on these purchases.
