I received a Gift Subscription Card. What do I do first?
You can redeem a gift subscription card purchased on Birchbox.com, Walgreens.com, or from a Walgreens store. Redeem your gift subscription card by following these steps:
- Click here!
- Enter your claim code in the field labeled "Redeem Code" and click Submit
- Create your account or log into your existing Birchbox account
- Enter your shipping information and select "Confirm and Redeem"
Your first box will ship within 10 business days of your gift purchase. From there, your remaining boxes will begin to ship each month for the duration of your gift!
What happens when my subscription ends?
During the last month of your subscription, you'll be able to subscribe right in your Account Settings if you’d like to keep receiving boxes. If you choose not to subscribe, your gift will stop shipping after your last month.
I received multiple Gift Subscription Cards. How many boxes will I receive each month?
Lucky you! You can claim multiple gifts into one Birchbox account — just enter each code one at a time and they'll connect to your account, creating one longer gift! If you would like to receive two boxes each month, you'll need to create a second Birchbox account.
I already paid for my Subscription, and I received a Gift Subscription Card. What happens now?
By claiming your Gift Subscription Card into your existing Birchbox account, your current Subscription will be paused for the duration of your gift. Your boxes will still be tailored to your existing Profile and Box History, and your billing will resume once the Gift is complete.
