In the past, Sample Choice has opened at the same time every month. Now you’ll have your own 7-day Box Customization period each month. Your new billing date will match the live date for your Box Customization period. For example, if your customization begins on the 11th of the month, you'll be billed on the 11th of the month. The billing and customization date will remain the same every month.
During your customization window, you’ll have the option to ship the items we select or swap out our picks with options from your recommendations. Your box has 5 customization slots — you’re able to choose from samples, travel-size, and full-sized items. Some items will fill two or more slots depending on the size and value of the product. For example, if you select a full-sized item, you’ll need to remove some of your sample selections. If you’d prefer not to customize your box, that’s fine too! You can just sit back, relax, and let us surprise you!
Your box will ship as soon as you’ve selected or customized it. The sooner you choose after your Box Customization period opens, the sooner it ships. If you do nothing, it will automatically ship seven days after your billing date.
